Borshch Cook-Off 2025

Today our parish hosted the Borshch Cook-Off 2025 at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, and it was a truly flavorful celebration of Ukrainian tradition and community! 💙💛

Guests enjoyed tasting a wonderful variety of homemade borshch recipes — each one unique and made with love. Everyone had the chance to vote for their favorite, making it a fun and friendly competition.

A huge thank-you to all participants, volunteers, and visitors who made this event so warm and memorable. Your enthusiasm and support filled the hall with joy, laughter, and the delicious aroma of Ukrainian comfort food!
